Affixy’s use and transfer to any other app of information
received from Google Accounts will adhere to Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

personal data as necessary to perform these services. In addition to

this is possible, for the fulfillment of the controller’s obligation to respond
to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III

Affixy assists the controller in ensuring compliance with
the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR taking into account
the nature of processing and the information available to the processor;
Affixy will, at the choice of the controller, which should
be exercised via the Service or by emailing the choice to privacy@Affixy.com,
delete or return all the personal data to the controller after the end of the
provision of services relating to processing, and will delete existing copies
unless Union or Member State law requires storage of the personal data;
Affixy will make available to the controller all information
necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations laid down in Article
28.3 of the GDPR and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections,
conducted by the controller or another auditor mandated by the controller.

identify the personal information we have about you; b) delete the personal
information we have about you; or c) exercise any other data subject right you
may have under applicable law, please email us at privacy@Affixy.com and we
will work with you to comply with your request as legally required.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary
precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection
Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside
parties without your consent.
Online Privacy Policy Only
This online privacy policy applies only to information
collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
EU Residents
Affixy processes personal data only on documented
instructions from the controller, including with regard to transfers of
personal data to a third country or an international organization, unless
required to do so by Union or Member State law to which the processor is
subject; in such a case, the processor shall inform the controller of that
legal requirement before processing, unless that law prohibits such information
on important grounds of public interest;
Affixy ensures that persons authorized to process the
personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an
appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality;
Affixy takes Technical and Organizational measures in
accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR
Affixy respects the conditions referred to in paragraphs 2
and 4 of Article 28.3 of the GDPR for engaging another processor;
Affixy will use commercially reasonable efforts, insofar as
this is possible, for the fulfillment of the controller’s obligation to respond
to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III
of the GDPR;
Affixy assists the controller in ensuring compliance with
the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR taking into account
the nature of processing and the information available to the processor;
Affixy will, at the choice of the controller, which should
be exercised via the Service or by emailing the choice to privacy@Affixy.com,
delete or return all the personal data to the controller after the end of the
provision of services relating to processing, and will delete existing copies
unless Union or Member State law requires storage of the personal data;
Affixy will make available to the controller all information
necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations laid down in Article
28.3 of the GDPR and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections,
conducted by the controller or another auditor mandated by the controller.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post
